JJS V1.83 Update: Free Sky Assassin, Codes & Emotes
Sky Assassin is free in Jujutsu Shenanigans V1.83. Catch up on Turbulence, Sky Veil, the relocated code input and the emote changes.

Sky Assassin is free
The Early Access requirement has been removed. Open character selection and choose Sky Assassin. The kit now includes Turbulence and the Sky Veil special, plus a Blind Rage finisher and Thin Ice Breaker Temper variants.
Use the Sky Assassin moves guide for the current kit and the character roster for access categories.
Recheck old combos
Blind Rage and Thin Ice Breaker no longer connect with ragdolled targets. Temper cooldown resets have a three-second minimum. Re-test older combo routes before relying on them.
Where to redeem codes now
Open Shop and scroll to the bottom of its main page. Enter the code there. Gifting has replaced the old Codes tab. The JJS Codes page has the updated steps.
Emotes and Kogane
The patch adds 12 emotes and removes four. See the V1.83 emote list for names and historical records. For daily interactions, points and Revenge, open the Kogane guide.
RIA2026 reward code
The developer announcement lists RIA2026 and an October 31 expiry. It does not specify the reward or expiry timezone. See JJS Codes for redemption instructions; the code has not been redeemed in this review.
Other shop changes
Shop items now show a preview box in place of the gifting button. The repeat-purchase +1 Emote Page product replaces the Second Emote Page gamepass. Suspicious can jump, Petal Dance and Chaos King have music changes, and the merch tab has new items.
Build Mode and bug fixes
Tiantui Star’s Blade and Tiansha Star’s Blade were updated. Tiangang Star’s Blade was added as a PS+ exclusive. Fixes cover bowling balls, Temper draining with infinite awakening enabled, and Sky Assassin melee attacks flinging the player while shift locked.
October 7 follow-up: destruction reverted temporarily
V1.83 initially rewrote destruction. The October 7 developer follow-up temporarily restored the old destruction system until the Halloween update. That follow-up also added Sky Assassin animations to Skill Builder and fixed Roulette and closing the mobile topbar.
